My son-in-law Jeff who is the Transportation Coordinator for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. He called me at three hours before game time, saying "Is there anyway you can get Neil Young and his family into the game tonight. They were suppose to have a private box, but someone screwed up". I said "Let me see what I can do." Well ten minutes later I called him back and said "Done, I got them into the NHL Suite plus four tickets behind the goal. I pulled that one out of the hat somehow.
